2. STEP 02

   Open your coding harness and run the skill

   ConductorScore will sign you in with a GitHub device flow, scan ~30 days of local transcripts on-device, upload only numeric metrics, and show your score plus your profile URL.

   Tip: once installed, you can also visualize any session locally— ask the skill to "visualize this session", or run session_viewer.py. It renders the HITL / AFK / Tool / Idle timeline as HTML on your machine — nothing uploaded, and redacted by default (add --no-redact for the real transcript text).
